Personalisation means knowing how much your services and support cost. Personalisation means you have more choice about how this money is spent.
So what's happening with Right Track?
We will be telling other people with a learning disability how to find out about all the changes in health and social care.
This will include sessions to help people find out more about Personalisation and Personal Budgets
Welcome to the Right Track!
Our aim is to signpost people with a learning disability to information and advice through this website, workshops and drop-ins.
The Right Track was our idea and we are supported to run and manage the project. We need different volunteers in the team:
- Finding information
- Talking to people
- Giving information
- Working on our website or newsletter
- Helping to manage the work
